About
Hi, my name is Ally, and above all else, I aim to live an interesting life. To do that, I'm building worlds through words as a Metro Manila-based communications professional with 5 years of experience across lifestyle + culture journalism and digital marketing.
As a writer, I have over 60 bylines covering anything of interest to young women: pop and fandom culture, fashion, and all other finer things and experiences. I'm not only documenting campaigns and cultural moments, as I also take part in creating them through my work in influencer relations, social media, and digital marketing.
I hold a degree in Communications Technology Management from the Ateneo de Manila University, as well as a minor in Korean Studies. I took summer coursework on communication management strategies and cultural intelligence at Nanyang Technological University. I've also completed the Inside LVMH course under the Creation & Branding + Retail & Customer Experience tracks.

Pearl Talent
Pearl Talent is a global staffing firm that connects the top 1% of remote professionals in the Philippines and Latin America to US startup roles. As the first hire under the Employer Branding department, I spearheaded the launch of Pearl Talent's inaugural creator program, working with Filipino and Latin American micro to mid-tier level influencers in the remote work and virtual assistance niches. My efforts in influencer marketing have driven 1,500+ applications for remote roles and 5 placements directly attributed to our influencers' videos. I worked on creator research and sourcing, negotiations, content brief creation, output feedback loops, and payout processing. Creators we've worked with from September 2025 still consistently generate applications for Pearl Talent's remote roles.

Kindred is a leading women's health clinic and service provider in the Philippines. As one of their marketing interns, I worked with over 30 lifestyle, fashion, and beauty influencers. I coordinated their contract details and reviewed their content submissions documenting the Kindred services they availed, totaling to over ₱40,000 worth of service deals closed.

Hatch Corporate Solutions is an end-to-end digital marketing agency. As one of their marketing interns, I supported key accounts with Hennessy, Quaker Oats, and Lay's through PR seeding, on-the-ground influencer coordination, and social analytics reporting involving celebrities and media personalities such as Brent Manalo, Maymay Entrata, and David Licauco.
